By Working with HomeBodybean™ you agree to these terms and service, no trickery with fine print. Just straight to the point :)
1. Scope of Work and Project Initiation
Before any project begins, HomeBodyBean™ will agree with the client on a written Scope of Work (SOW). This SOW, which may be outlined in a proposal, signed contract, or detailed email, will explicitly define:
Campaign Objectives and Strategy: Key performance indicators (KPIs), target audiences, and platform focus.
Deliverables: Specific assets (e.g., number of social posts, edited videos, ad creatives), management tasks, and reporting formats.
Timelines: Start dates, key milestones, and estimated delivery dates.
Pricing: Total project cost or retainer fee structure.
If new tasks, campaigns, or features are requested mid-project that fall outside of the originally agreed-upon SOW (e.g., adding a new platform or requiring significantly more video edits), HomeBodyBean™ will re-quote them and require written confirmation before moving forward. We are committed to transparency and will not surprise you with new costs.
2. Payment Terms and Project Access
Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery/completion of the agreed phase, unless otherwise specified in writing within the SOW or contract.
Final deliverables (e.g., finished videos, social media calendars) and the official handover of live access (e.g., final ad account access) are provided only after the final payment is received.
Late payments of more than 7 calendar days may result in a temporary pause of the project timeline and campaign activity until the outstanding balance is settled. We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.
3. Revisions and Feedback
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–3 per phase or asset type, depending on the SOW).
Revisions are intended to refine the work, such as minor adjustments to video edits or tweaks to ad copy, not to restart the creative direction. If client feedback significantly changes the strategic direction, brand messaging, or creative approach after approvals or finalization, we reserve the right to quote additional work. HomeBodyBean™ will always inform you of potential added costs before billing for the extra work.
4. Timelines, Communication, and Project Pause
4.1. Deadlines and Communication We will set a clear schedule and commit to it, assuming necessary client feedback, access to required assets (e.g., brand guidelines, raw footage, audience data), and timely approvals are provided. We use Slack, email, and designated project management tools to stay in sync. We aim to reply to all project messages within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
4.2. Client Response & Paused Projects If your team is unresponsive or goes silent for more than 14 calendar days, HomeBodyBean™ will pause the project. A rebooking or restart fee may apply if we need to reschedule your dedicated project slot in our calendar upon your return.
4.3. Cancellations You may cancel a project or retainer at any time with written notice. If you cancel, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. If a project or retainer is paused by the client for more than 21 days without prior written agreement, we may reschedule your work depending on our current client queue and availability.
5. Ownership, Rights, and Portfolio Use
5.1. Client Ownership Once final payment is received in full, you own the final deliverables. This includes the finished video files, final social media copy, campaign strategy documents, and paid ad creative assets that HomeBodyBean™ created specifically for your project.
5.2. HomeBodyBean™ Portfolio Rights HomeBodyBean™ reserves the right to showcase non-confidential final work, including video snippets, campaign results (in an aggregated/anonymized form where necessary), and social media visuals, in our portfolio, case studies, or on our social media channels. If you wish for your project to remain completely private, you must request this in writing before the project begins.
5.3. Confidentiality Everything you share with HomeBodyBean™—including campaign strategy, audience data, product details, or internal documentation—remains strictly private and confidential. We will not share, reuse, or disclose this information without your explicit permission. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any work commences.
6. Liability and Guarantees
HomeBodyBean™ guarantees the professional execution and delivery of services and assets as explicitly outlined in the agreed-upon SOW. We are not liable for:
Platform Changes: Algorithm updates, technical issues, ad policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party social media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
Indirect or Consequential Damages: Loss of potential profit, business interruption, or reputation damage resulting from the performance or non-performance of advertising campaigns.
Client Assets: The quality, legality, or rights to use assets (e.g., raw footage, music, client photos) provided by the client.
We perform all services and hand over all accounts and files with professional care and in good faith. We test all campaigns and creatives to meet platform best practices at the time of launch.
7. Showcasing Our Work
We're proud of the results we achieve for our clients and love to celebrate those wins!
Unless we've agreed to specific confidentiality terms, HomeBodyBean™ reserves the right to use the strategies, creatives (e.g., ad copy, graphics, short videos), and overall results from our projects in our:
Portfolio
Case Studies
Blog or Email Marketing
Our own social media channels (e.g., as examples of successful campaigns)
If your work involves highly sensitive or proprietary information (such as confidential launch dates, unannounced products, or stealth-mode brands), please clearly inform us of any restrictions in writing at the start of the engagement. We will always respect these limitations and keep your information private as requested.
